Residents may have reached the tipping point for construction of the #5 boat after an argument among workers broke out requiring a dock resident to intervene and demand some peace and quiet. In any case, the "finishing" touches for this boat required at least 32 workers on Thursday. The foreman indicates that construction will continue through Saturday
and Sunday (apparently this job is not
bound by building codes).
